A colour is applied either on the roots to match desired colour or simply to cover 100% of the grey.

Highlights applied using a freehand technique (not starting with the roots) leaving you with a soft natural looking highlighted effect with multi-tones and dimensions.

A technique with a toner or gloss softly applied to roots,  blurring where your roots start and colour begins.

Lifting your natural hair to a desired base, to then be toned as wanted (note scalp should not be shampooed for a minimum of two days).

Natural fine strands of the hair made lighter or darker using foil, paper, or plastic. Classic highlights starting from the roots.

Highlights with more saturation on the ends being the lightest and gradually getting darker and blending into your natural colour for a more 'beachy' surfer chick feel.
